I make limited edition artist books using my background as a medical illustrator and graphic designer in combination with different printing- and book binding techniques. I also make my own papper of the left over trimmings from my print studio. Preferably working with the book format as an artform, using the book structure to strengthen the overall message conveyed by the images and text. Combining different kinds of papper is an important part of my process, preferably handmade paper with poetry and factual texts in combination. Human anatomy and the structures and patterns on a microscopic level is a reccuring theme in my works. I also risoprint and publish other artist experimental books.
